"Is it a ghost story you want?" asked the old woman of a group of Friends gathered in "The Gulping Frog" pub. Her price is a drink.
They agree, and as she spins a tale of ancient evil, brooding over the millennia, plotting revenge.
They begin to wonder, "Is this fact or fiction?"

ancient alien plots revenge March 20, 2013 By Kamilah S. Bryant Format:Kindle Edition An old woman walks into a tavern and tells a group of horror buffs a story. She tells a story about an ancient alien looking for revenge on humanity. An interesting little tale that is not as gory or creepy as other Sprigg's works that I have read. Mayeria comes across more sad than threatening to me. Or is it just me that feels sorry for the ancient alien? 5.0 out of 5 stars

I enjoyed this story quite a bit, the author was quite good at peaking your interest from the very first paragraph and continues to sweep you through the entire story. Before you know it, the story has been told. This is a short story but one that holds your interest very nicely, a perfect read right before bed time.
